BizDoc V3.0b beta release
Moding released a beta version of its new BizDoc V3.0. BizDoc new version brings new dimension to the BPM market with a useful user-interface, enhanced administration features, and workflow capabilities.

Moding announces the release of BizDoc V2.6.29
Leading process management suite makes creating new processes easier than ever, thanks to its improved graphical interface
Moding Ltd. today announced the release of BizDoc Version 2.6.29. The latest release of this leading user-friendly Business Process Management solution suite contains several significant improvements which make it easier to use than ever.
A new Form Wizard allows users to create new processes in minutes build new using a graphical user interface. Using it, new forms are created as well saving immense time for the entire enterprise.
A new "task due date" monitor reports documents that have been held up beyond the standard time allotted for task completion. BizDoc administrator can set alerts for tasks that are not done within a given duration (e.g. Buyer holding a document for 2 and a half days) to notify users (e.g. Direct manager).
Escalation can be set to notify higher executive level, overruling the current signatory, Trace view displays who replaces whom and action is logged in the Log view.
A management report displays alerts that were sent to users and ensures that escalations enforced.
Post by Email enables out-of- office users to participate in routing cycles, without needing to log into the BizDoc application. This is especially useful for executives who are out of the office as well as for suppliers, vendors and customers who are not part of the corporate network to receive and reply emails with approval requests.
The graphical display route enables users to see a visual chart of the proposed workflow. The intuitive menu and development tools are part of the design philosophy behind the BizDoc products, which enable them to be simple to use yet powerful applications for increasing productivity in an organization.

Automatic login. BizDoc Users may automatically log in. Authentication is checked by windows log in information, set by the BizDoc administrator. |

Password Expiration. After a given number of days set at system level, users are prompted to provide a new password on login. |

Active directory user / password authentication. BizDoc administrator may set AD server for authentication for each user. |

BizDoc allows a user to appoint a substitute user to perform tasks (sign documents), which have not yet arrived to the original user's folders. |
