Fully integrated with their Oracle Applications ERP system, Comverse is employing BizDocPRS to effectively manage and monitor the process of enterprise requisitions from the initiation stage until materialization. BizDoc/PRS provides implementation of virtually any document, form, or file needed to be circled and approve by the organization.
BizDocPRS is being used to provide management control of their internal purchasing procedure, as well as being used to manage the entire travel planning and approval process. This includes setting electronic signature routes for each requisition based on the related corporate procedure, budget account, business unit, etc.
Taking advantage of the ease in which processes can be developed, Comverse has utilized the BizDoc/PRS suite to create workflow processes for courses and training requests, literature requests, development approvals and timesheet report approval. |
